Yoga was codified by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras:
Yama/ Niyama : driving towards self and others
Asana : postures
Pranayama : breath consciousness exercises
Pratyahara : control of senses
Dharana / Dhyana : concentration, meditation
Samadhi: higher state of meditation
We work on "asana" posture, breath (pranayama) exercises, as well as relaxation, meditation and studies of classic texts.
